Your Experience With Us
We begin by saying hello at the door, introducing ourselves and handing
you a gift.
We ask you for a walkthrough of your job and ask you point out any
difficult or problem areas that concern you. In turn, we point out
any problems we might encounter so we both have the proper expectations.
Prices are based on the square footage of the area to be cleaned and
if it is vacant or not. After our walkthrough the technician will measure
the area to be cleaned and complete a work order for you approval.
If you do not approve, the work is not done and no payment is requested.
On approved work orders, the work is completed at that time and payment
is due on completion of services. Keep in mind we protect everything
we clean (recommended) and prices reflect this.
During the actual cleaning, we utilize a 7-step process to assure
your satisfaction and our guarantee:
1. Areas to be cleaned are thoroughly vacuumed.
2. Furniture is moved
as requested and foil is placed under wood or metal legs to prevent
varnish or rust stains.
3. All spots, stains, and heavily soiled areas
are pre-treated.
4. Carpets are sprayed down with the Natural (with
stain guard), our carbonated cleaning solution.
5. This is followed
by buffing with a scrub brush for a deep, penetrating clean.
6. Dirt
and excess solution is removed by buffing with soft, absorbent bonnets.
7.
Baseboards are wiped clean and carpets are raked out for a professional
groomed look!
During our cleaning feel free to ask about our methods and procedures
because they probably are unique. However we always stress that the
Technician must take the time to do it right.
We finish by getting your approval of the job done and giving out
a Spot Remover sample or coverings for you feet so you do not have
to walk on damp carpet for the first few hours.
We place existing customers in our database so monthly reminders which
offer discounts can be mailed. In addition, we offer a monetary
reward for referrals.
